Yes, you may use either Aberdeen or Inverness commercial airports. We use Signature as our preferred ground-handling partner.

Please note that Aircraft owner’s are requested to make a reservation before arrival, and aircraft handling is mandatory per the airfield T&Cs.

 

Yes, the aircraft type will be dependent on your party numbers.

On landing at Mar Lodge, you are already at the destination! 

If you are staying at the Craigendarroch, transport will be waiting to take your party to your hotel.

The Fife Arms and Douneside Hotels both have helipads.

We recommend three 5-star hotels, The Fife Arms, The Hilton Grand Club, and Douneside Hotels.

Mar Lodge for self-catering which has apartments within the lodge itself or lodges on the estate.

Choose from a range of fine dining options including the Fish Shop restaurant, the Cluny restaurant at the Fife Arms, the elegant Hilton’s Keiller Brasserie, or the Conservatory restaurant at Douneside.

Fancy some Scottish dining at the Clachan Grill? Or go more casual with wholesome home cooked food at the Balmoral Bar, or there are steaks and 100% Scottish beef burgers at the Angus & Ale.

Finally, why not try our fabulous Indian Restaurant, The Lochnagar?

Our season runs from April to the end of September.

Weather dependant, the season can go on until the 31st of October.

Yes, Banchory, Aboyne, Ballater, and Braemar Clubs all offer this service and are charged locally.

Balmoral doesn’t rent any equipment, they do however allow golf trolleys on the course.

Included in your package is:

  • Return travel from your chosen arrival port/airport to your chosen accommodation
  • Return travel to and from each golfing day
  • Transportation to your dining options with return travel to your chosen accommodation.

Yes, this would need to be agreed by the golf club or your choice in advance. Please email info@mmgolftours.com with your request.
