Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking with us. They set out your rights and our obligations to you. If there is anything within these Terms and Conditions that you do not understand, then please contact us below.  If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, you must not make a booking with us.

Fees are in inclusive of accommodation, golf, transportation, excursions and meals as set out by the booking confirmation/s. 

  1. Terms and Conditions Agreement:
    • Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before proceeding with a booking. They delineate your rights and our obligations to you. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unclear to you, kindly reach out to us for clarification. If you do not agree with our Terms and Conditions, you are advised not to proceed with booking.
  1. Fees and Inclusions:
    • The fees encompass accommodation, golf, transportation, excursions, and meals as specified in the booking confirmation(s).
  1. Accommodation Arrangements:
    • We act as an agent for third-party accommodation providers. Upon booking, you enter into a contract with the specified third party, whose terms and conditions govern your stay. Please review these terms carefully, as they contain pertinent information about your booking. Our role is limited to facilitating the booking process; we assume no responsibility for the provision of accommodation or associated services. Any additional services procured during your stay must be settled directly with the venue. Your contractual relationship pertaining to accommodation rests with the named third party on your Booking Confirmation.
  1. Golf Arrangements:
    • Tee times for golf rounds, along with transportation from your booked accommodation, will be confirmed at least 48 hours post-Booking Confirmation. While we strive to accommodate your requested tee times, golf clubs retain the right to modify bookings. In case of unavailability, alternate tee times will be proposed. Please adhere to golf etiquette and rules. Weather and course conditions may affect play; our ‘Bad Weather Policy’ details are available upon request. Temporary closures or operational changes by golf courses due to inclement weather are beyond our control. No refunds are provided for closures or play on temporary greens/tees. We aim to rearrange games impacted by closures, subject to availability and the supplier’s discretion. Tee time adjustments by golf courses do not warrant booking cancellations.
  1. Transportation Arrangements:
    • Transportation, inclusive of transfers to/from arrival ports, accommodation, dining venues (as per booking confirmation), and golf courses, is included in your package. We act as an agent for the transport provider specified in your Booking Confirmation. Terms and conditions of the transport provider apply, and every effort is made to ensure consistency or equivalence in transport arrangements.
  1. Excursions:
    • Any included excursions are subject to change as per the terms and conditions of the third-party provider. Local excursions, if arranged independently, do not form part of your package booking and are governed by separate terms. We bear no responsibility for excursion provision and disclaim liability for any loss or damage incurred during local excursions.
  1. Dining Arrangements:
    • Refer to your booking confirmation for dining details included in your package. Kindly notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements at least 14 days before your arrival. We assume no liability for failure to notify us or for any medical emergencies arising during your holiday. Adequate travel insurance is essential, covering various contingencies including medical emergencies.
  1. Payment Terms:
    • Full payment is due within 14 days post-Booking Confirmation. Payment via Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) through Stripe or Bank Transfer is accepted. Bank Transfer must cover associated charges. Booking Confirmation is contingent upon receipt of payment. Cancellation fees apply as outlined below. We reserve the right to decline bookings for late payments. Payments must be made in GBP as stated on our website.  All pricing advertised excludes VAT which currently is 20%.  VAT No.458 0084 89
  1. Cancellation/Substitution:
    • Substitutions are permitted at no extra charge up to 14 days before arrival. Substitutions thereafter are subject to a 10% administration fee, less taxes. Cancellation incurs a 50% liability post-Confirmation. Cancellations must be made in writing six (6) weeks before the arrival date for a full credit. Thereafter, the full fee is payable and non-refundable. The service charge, 15% of the total package cost, is non-refundable. Non-payment or attendance does not constitute cancellation. By agreeing to these terms, clients acknowledge our mitigation of losses clause.
  1. Chargebacks and Assignment of Claims:
    • Clients agree not to issue chargebacks against us, except where rights arise under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. We reserve the right to suspend obligations until resolution of any chargeback or third-party claim. Legal claims against third parties for refunds are the lead contact’s responsibility. Clients may not assign or transfer their rights or claims against us.
  1. General Terms:
    • These Terms and Conditions operate independently. If any clause is deemed unlawful, the remainder shall stand. These Terms and Conditions, along with the Booking Confirmation, constitute the entire agreement. They are non-reliant on other statements or assurances. No other person has rights to enforce these terms. We reserve the right to delay action upon breach. Our rights and obligations may be transferred. Queries regarding these Terms and Conditions should be addressed before booking.
  1. Privacy:
    • We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and processing personal data in line with our privacy policy (website reference).
  1. Law and Jurisdiction:
    • These conditions, including disputes, are governed by Scottish law. Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these conditions.
